What are some of the "Good Fruits" God has been producing in your life since attending NCC, or joining a serve team?

Why is it so important to be patient, and trust God’s process of development in our lives, and as a church?

PROTECT: Why do you think the Devil wants to sow seeds of doubt, and attack us individually? How can we overcome that to stay unified and on mission?

PURSUE: In what ways can we start to get serious about our faith... how can we pursue a genuine faith in our every day lives?

PERSEVERE: What tendencies to you notice in your life when things get hard? What are some things we default to (Examples, isolation, lashing out, etc). How can we remain consistent even in difficult moments?

All Team's Trainings aren't just meant to be a night of feel good encouragement, but a call to unity and to action. It will be important as we continue to grow as a church and as teams, to implement the heart of Protecting, Pursuing, and Persevering into everything we do moving forward.
