This teaching was not only to help us transition smoothly into 3 services, but also to help us build toward the future of all God has for us at NCC! Showing up consistently helps the team to function; showing up ready helps us reach our goals; and showing up expectant allows us to see God move! Do you understand and agree that serving on a team means playing an ACTIVE role in this vision? That means being scheduled regularly (weekly) as much as possible, showing up on time, not just serving but also attending service, engaging in slack, prioritizing trainings, and bringing your faith and a good attitude with you!
